Laws change: when they do, Gate Ready is updated and the change is listed here until the update is available. Every SWMS made with Gate Ready shows the app version and the regulation version it was prepared with. The business preparing a SWMS is responsible for its content. If in doubt, check with your regulator.

Rules checked against all eight jurisdictions’ regulations, including Victoria’s own list of high-risk construction work, Queensland’s falls rules (s306D, s299(4)), the NT residential fall threshold from 17 July 2026, SA’s 2 m fall threshold from 1 July 2026, and the ACT’s silica category (s291(1)(s)).
